We are pleased to announce Eastman Cooke has been awarded a 30,000-sq. ft. medical fit-out project for Manhattan’s Hospital for Special Surgery.  The project includes a two-floor Ambulatory Surgical Center in a mixed use building on 2nd avenue in New York City, which will also include retail and residential floors.

Spanning the entire second floor of the building and a portion of the third, this new surgical center will include four operating rooms, PACU areas, consult rooms, clean rooms, equipment staging areas, nurses’ stations, staff areas, patient waiting areas, administrative offices and additional work rooms.  We have taken on the aggressive 20-week schedule in order to meet the client’s request for an early 2017 opening.
