Eastman Cooke & Associates was once again selected by a New Jersey-based Institute of Technology for an interior renovation project. Part of the Samuel C. Williams Library, the team was tasked with completing laboratory and office renovations while the adjacent Library and Tutoring Center remained open and operational. In addition to performing the construction, the client relied upon ECA to provide input on the ongoing Architectural and Mechanical Design scope as well.
“I am extremely proud of our team,” said CEO Peter Morandi. “They worked in a challenging environment and kept the staff and students from being inconvenienced.”
This project was successful because of the dedication of ECA’s newly established T3 Express Projects Group. The T3 Group is a division that handles detailed, quick turnaround renovation and build out projects, utilizing in-house trades people and select subcontractors.
Superintendent Robert Lemonis said the team executed with precision. “We had such positive feedback from the school.” Lemonis added, “The client was thrilled with our progress and the quality of workmanship.”
Assisting Lemonis on the T3 Team were Project Manager Henry Buffetti, Account Executive Fred Barbarossa and Project Administrator Sarjil Miah.
