110 William Street

New York, NY

Architect: Fogarty Finger

Great teamwork and careful attention to detail fueled another successful project delivery for Eastman Cooke Construction.

At 110 William Street in Lower Manhattan, Eastman Cooke crews recently completed fit-outs of the 25th and 29th floors for our client, Savanna Fund. The space entails a layout of several offices, and contains glass walls, polished floors, LED lighting (for energy code compliance) and new carpeting. We also installed new kitchens, a fully automated HVAC system, as well as custom cabinets and millwork feature walls, which helped to create a “NYC loft-look”.

During the project, our team received outstanding assistance from William Morandi, a budding young construction professional and son of our CEO Peter Morandi. Crews were excited to show William the ropes, as he gained valuable, hands-on experience at the jobsite.

Together, the Eastman Cooke team exhibited excellent progress throughout the project, resulting in a state-of-the-art space for all future tenants.
