Eastman Cooke constructed three separate office build-outs in 400 Madison Avenue which were leased to Maybourne Hotel Group, Atlantic Capital and Healthcare Value Capital. The projects comprise open plan and private offices, reception areas, conference rooms, IT rooms and pantries. Marble flooring, carpeting and glass office fronts are included along with all new MEP systems.
